The invention relates to a pile leg lifting device for a self-elevating ocean platform. The pile leg lifting device comprises a motor, a pile leg and a ship body, wherein a circle center opening is formed in a deck surface of the ship body and is communicated with the sea surface; the motor is arranged above the opening of the ship body; a rotor of the motor is in threaded connection with the pile leg; the rotor of the motor drives the pile leg to lift through threads. The pile leg lifting device solves the problems of overlarge size, complex motion structure, low lifting precision, high cost and the like of the existing pile leg lifting device. The pile leg and the driving motor are concentrically arranged, so that the occupied space of the device is effectively reduced; the pile leg and the rotor of the motor are in screw connection, so that the lifting precision of the pile leg is improved, and the height of the pile leg can be utilized to the greatest extent for lifting; the friction force between the external threads of the pile leg and the internal threads of the rotor of the motor has a self-locking function; the whole lifting device is simple in working principle and structure and lower in cost.
