The hydraulic plug pin lifting system of the self-elevating ocean platform comprises a stand column, plug pin assemblies, a hydraulic cylinder and a connecting shaft, pin holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the stand column, the two plug pin assemblies are matched with the stand column and connected through the hydraulic cylinder, and each plug pin assembly comprises a supporting frame, a threaded sleeve, a pin shaft, a guide rod, a friction wheel, a friction disc and a transmission assembly. The pin shafts in the plug pin assemblies alternately penetrate into the pin holes to achieve fixation of one plug pin assembly and loosening of the other plug pin assembly, then the hydraulic cylinder can drive the plug pin assemblies in the loosened state to ascend and descend, and insertion and extraction of the pin shafts are achieved through rotation of the friction disc. Therefore, the pin shafts arranged in the circumferential direction of the supporting frame can synchronously move only by rotating the friction disc, the situation that a single pin shaft needs to be driven by an independent power source is avoided, and the power input mode of equipment is simplified.
本发明提供一种自升式海洋平台的液压插销升降系统,包括立柱、插销组件、液压缸和连轴,立柱的周向设有销孔,两个插销组件分别配合在立柱并通过液压缸连接,插销组件包括支撑架、螺纹套筒、销轴、导向杆、摩擦轮、摩擦盘和传动组件。通过插销组件内的销轴交替的深入至销孔内实现单个插销组件的固定与另一插销组件的松开,进而通过液压缸即可带动松开状态下的插销组件的升降,而销轴的插入与抽出通过摩擦盘的转动实现的,因此设置在支撑架周向的销轴仅需要摩擦盘转动即可同步运动,避免单根销轴需要独立的动力源驱动的情况,简化了设备的动力输入方式。
