The invention provides a residential centralized smoke exhaust control method and a device thereof and relates to the technical field of central smoke suction hoods. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first state signal sent by an air volume control valve with changed opening and closing states when the opening and closing states of at least one air volume control valve are changed; adjusting working frequency of a fan according to the first state signal sent by each air volume control valve and enabling a public flue to be kept in a negative-pressure state; determining a second state signal corresponding to each air volume control valve in an opening state currently according to a relative position between the air volume control valve in the opening state currently and a predetermined corresponding relation between the resistance and the working state of the air volume control valve; and sending a corresponding second state signal to each air volume control valve in the opening state currently so as to adjust the working state of the air volume control valve in the opening state currently. The residential centralized smoke exhaust control method and the device thereof can prevent oil smoke from returning to a kitchen; the smoke exhaust efficiency is improved; and air volume balance of a bottom layer and a top layer is ensured.
本发明提供了一种住宅集中排烟控制方法及装置，涉及中央吸烟罩的技术领域，方法包括：当至少一个所述风量控制阀的启闭状态改变时，获取启闭状态发生改变的风量控制阀发送的第一状态信号；根据每个所述风量控制阀发送的第一状态信号调整风机的工作频率，以使所述公共烟道保持负压状态；根据当前处于开启状态的风量控制阀之间的相对位置以及预先确定的风量控制阀的阻力与工作状态的对应关系确定每个当前处于开启状态的风量控制阀相对应的第二状态信号；向每个当前处于开启状态的风量控制阀发送相对应的第二状态信号，以对当前处于开启状态的风量控制阀进行工作状态的调整。本发明能够避免油烟串回到厨房，提高排烟效率，确保底层和顶层的风量平衡。
