The invention provides a production process of silicon carbide micro powder, which comprises the following steps: carrying out airflow pulverization, grading, shaping, carbon removal, iron removal and purification on a silicon carbide particle raw material to obtain purified silicon carbide powder, and then with alkaline silica sol as a silicon source and a water-soluble phenolic resin prepolymer as a carbon source, generating a uniform silicon carbide thin layer on the surface of the silicon carbide micro powder in situ through microwave high-temperature heat treatment under the action of a crystallization aid. Therefore, the shape irregularity of the fine-grained silicon carbide micro powder is reduced, and the fluidity is improved; and meanwhile, the silicon carbide micro powder is subjected to surface modification through a silane coupling agent, and the uniformly-dispersed and stable silicon carbide micro powder is obtained.
本发明提供了一种碳化硅粉体的生产工艺,碳化硅颗粒原料经气流粉碎、分级、整形、除碳除铁提纯制得纯化碳化硅粉末,再以碱性硅溶胶为硅源,以水溶性酚醛树脂预聚体为碳源,在晶化助剂的作用下通过微波高温热处理在碳化硅微粉表面原位生成一层均匀的碳化硅薄层,降低细粒度碳化硅微粉的形状不规则度,提高流动性;同时通过硅烷偶联剂对碳化硅微粉进行表面改性,得到分散均匀且稳定的碳化硅微粉。
