The invention provides micro-silicon powder modified permeable steel slag concrete and preparation method thereof. Themicro-silicon powder modified permeable steel slag concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 400 to 500 parts of Portland cement, 1750 to 1900 parts of steel slag, 100 to 200 parts of yellow sand, 2.0 to 8.8 parts of micro-silicon powder and 135 to 145 parts of water. According to the invention, the micro-silicon powder with small average particle size is added into the raw materials and can be filled in gaps of Portland cement particles, and the micro-silicon powder and a hydration product of Portland cement can generate gel in a hydration process, so that the breaking strength of the steel slag concrete is improved, cracks are prevented, and the strength and durability of the steel slag concrete are improved; and besides, by adding the micro-silicon powder, the cost of the steel slag raw material is reduced, meanwhile, a high-strength permeable steel slag concrete product with the performance meeting the grade C30 or above is prepared, a new thought is provided for application of the micro-silicon powder to preparation of green steel slag concrete, and a new way for synergistic utilization of bulk solid wastes such as the slag, the steel slag and the building recycled aggregate is developed.
本发明提供一种微硅粉改性透水钢渣混凝土及其制备方法,所述微硅粉改性透水钢渣混凝土包括以下重量份的原料组分:硅酸盐水泥400~500份,钢渣1750~1900份,黄砂100~200份,微硅粉2.0~8.8份,水135~145份。本发明通过在原料中添加平均颗粒尺寸比较小的微硅粉,可以填充在硅酸盐水泥颗粒空隙之间,在水化过程中微硅粉可以与硅酸盐水泥的水化产物生成凝胶体,从而提高钢渣混凝土的抗折强度,防止裂纹,提高钢渣混凝土的强度和耐久性;此外,微硅粉的加入具有在降低钢渣原料成本的同时,制备出性能符合C30以上等级的高强透水钢渣混凝土产品,为微硅粉应用于制备绿色钢渣混凝土提供一种新思路,开拓了矿渣、钢渣、建筑再生骨料等大宗固废协同利用的新途径。
