The invention relates to permeable asphalt steel slag concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing steel slag fine aggregate, matrix asphalt and limestone mineral powder to obtain filling reinforced aggregate; and S2, mixing the filling reinforced aggregate with the basalt coarse aggregate, the SBS modified asphalt and the asphalt reinforcing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the permeable asphalt steel slag concrete. Compared with the prior art, the high fluidity and high wettability of the matrix asphalt with large hard brittleness and the high drawing resistance characteristic between the matrix asphalt and the aggregate are utilized, micron-sized holes densely distributed in the surfaces of the steel slag fine aggregate and the mineral powder are filled and sealed, the space and penetrability of free water immersion are reduced to the maximum extent, namely the influence of the water swelling characteristic of the steel slag is remarkably reduced, and the service life of the steel slag is prolonged. A riveting structure with high water stripping resistance is formed on the surfaces of the steel slag and the mineral powder, and meanwhile, the fatigue resistance and the water damage resistance of the riveting structure are further improved by utilizing the good similar compatibility characteristic among the matrix asphalt, the SBS modified asphalt and the asphalt reinforcing agent.
本发明涉及一种透水沥青钢渣混凝土及其制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:将钢渣细集料、基质沥青、石灰岩矿粉拌合均匀,得到填充增强集料;S2:将填充增强集料与玄武岩粗集料、SBS改性沥青、沥青增强剂混合,拌合均匀,得到透水沥青钢渣混凝土。与现有技术相比,本发明利用硬脆性较大基质沥青的高流动性、高浸润性、与集料间的高抗拉拔特性,灌满并密封钢渣细集料、矿粉表面密布的微米级孔洞,最大程度地减小自由水浸入的空间与穿透性,即显著减小钢渣遇水膨胀特性的影响,并在钢渣、矿粉表面形成抗水剥离性能强的拉铆结构,同时利用基质沥青与SBS改性沥青和沥青增强剂间良好的相似相容特性,进一步提升拉铆结构的耐疲劳和抗水毁性能。
