The invention discloses a switch rail bottom protective sleeve and a preparation method and application thereof, the protective sleeve comprises a bottom, a first side wall and a second side wall are vertically arranged at the two ends of the bottom respectively, and the first side wall and the second side wall are located on the same side of the bottom; a first hook-shaped structure and a second hook-shaped structure are arranged at the ends, far away from the bottom, of the first side wall and the second side wall correspondingly, the first hook-shaped structure and the second hook-shaped structure extend from one end of the first side wall and one end of the second side wall to the center line direction of the bottom correspondingly, and the extended ends are located on the sides, far away from the bottom, of the first side wall and the second side wall; the inclination of the first hook-shaped structure is 1: (2.76-13); and the inclination of the second hook-shaped structure is 1: (17-20). The protective sleeve is directly fixed to the rail bottom of the switch rail through the structure of the protective sleeve, on the premise that laying of the switch rail is not affected, damage to the switch rail due to direct contact between a lifting appliance or a construction tool and the rail bottom of the switch rail is avoided, and the rail bottom of the switch rail is effectively protected.
