High-durability recycled concrete and preparation process of recycled structural concrete
The invention relates to high-durability recycled concrete and a preparation process of recycled structural concrete, and belongs to the field of concrete. The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing a recycled aggregate: removing reinforcing steel bars of concrete blocks and primarily crushing to obtain aggregate particles; and carrying out preliminary screening on the aggregate particles, to obtain regenerated sand, carrying out accelerated rusting, secondary crushing and screening on fragments obtained through screening, then carrying out acid pickling, alkali washing and carbonization strengthening treatment, to obtain regenerated broken stone; preparing the recycled concrete: stirring and mixing recycled broken stone, recycled sand and cement slurry, to obtain the recycled concrete; and preparing the regenerated structural concrete: building a template, bundling steel bars in the template, pouring the regenerated concrete into the template, and curing to obtain the regenerated structural concrete. The preparation process of the recycled structure concrete is simple, the prepared recycled concrete has the characteristics of excellent mechanical property, freezing resistance and steel bar corrosion resistance, and building waste is well recycled.
