The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-durability recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-durability recycled concrete is obtained by putting a concrete mixture into a mold for curing, and the concrete mixture is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 260 to 280 parts of Portland cement, 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 1100 to 1200 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 850 to 870 parts of modified recycled fine aggregate, 162 to 166 parts of water and 2.9 to 3.3 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the modified recycled fine aggregate is obtained by copolymerizing recycled fine aggregate with vinyl grafted on the surface and maleic acid polyvinyl alcohol ester. In the recycled concrete, the permeation of chloride ions is blocked, and the drying shrinkage of the recycled concrete is reduced, so that the durability of the recycled concrete is improved.
