The annular channel is easy to splice and install, steps are reduced, the construction period is shortened, the annular channel does not need to use a large amount of concrete and steel bars, and manufacturing cost is reduced. The bottom plate, the side plates and the top plate can select proper sizes according to the size of a culvert, customization is not needed, and the manufacturing cost is further reduced.
