The method comprises the steps: cleaning a prefabricated wall base layer; checking the position of an elevation control bolt on the upper end surface of the prefabricated wall base layer; hoisting the prefabricated wall in place, wherein an elevation control nut is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated wall; adjusting the depth of the elevation control bolt screwed into the elevation control nut, wherein an elevation control line of the prefabricated wall is flush with the elevation control line of a floor; adjusting and checking the installation position and perpendicularity of the prefabricated wall; and blocking mortar at the bottom of the prefabricated wall. The height of the elevation control line on the prefabricated wall is adjusted by adjusting the screwing depth of the elevation control bolt. Compared with an existing cushion block or gasket, it is flexible to adjust without repeated adjustment, a large amount of installation and construction time is saved, the construction efficiency is improved, and damage to the prefabricated wall is avoided.
