The embodiment of the invention discloses a composite anti-glare panel for an expressway and a technological method. The composite anti-glare panel comprises a panel body and a base which are arranged in a split mode. The base comprises a connecting part and a bottom supporting part which are of an L-shaped structure integrally, the outer side wall of the connecting part is attached to and connected to the plate face of the plate body, and the plate body and the base are each formed by an inner aggregate layer and an outer composite layer through a co-extrusion technology. The process method comprises the following steps: weighing a PVC raw material, and uniformly stirring according to the proportion; the ASA material is loaded into a co-extrusion hopper and is finally placed in a mold for extrusion forming, and cold water shaping is performed. The strength of the connecting position of the plate body and the base is improved through split connection of the plate body and the base, the stability of connection of the plate body and the guardrail cross beam is improved by combining the L-shaped structure of the base, and meanwhile the problems that an existing anti-glare plate is prone to corrosion, low in strength and poor in anti-glare effect, the color fading is easy, the pollution is easy, and the service life is short are further effectively solved through a mechanical double-layer co-extrusion method.
本发明实施例公开了一种高速公路的复合防眩板及工艺方法,复合防眩板包括分体设置的板体和底座。底座包括一体成L型结构的连接部和底托部,所述连接部的外侧壁贴合并连接在板体的板面上,且板体和底座均由内部的骨料层和外部的复合层通过共挤的工艺形成。工艺方法包括称取PVC原料按比例配比搅拌均匀;ASA材料装入共挤料斗最后置于模具挤压成型,经冷水定型。本发明通过板体和底座的分体连接,提高板体与底座连接处的强度,并结合底座的L型结构,提高板体与护栏横梁连接的稳定性,同时通过机械双层共挤的办法,进一步有效解决了现有防眩板易腐蚀、强度低,易褪色、易污染和使用寿命短的技术问题。
