The invention aims at providing a ceramic luminous tile which comprises a ceramic tile body. The ceramic tile body is composed of a luminous layer and a ceramic layer. The luminous layer comprises fluorescent powder and ceramic glue, an anti-skid groove is formed in the bottom of the ceramic layer, the proportion of the fluorescent powder is 30-60 parts, and the proportion of the ceramic glue is 40-70 parts. The ceramic layer is prepared from 30-70 parts of dolomitic clay, 5-10 parts of limestone, 10-20 parts of aluminum ore and 1-5 parts of soft clay. The purposes of light absorption and light emission of the ceramic tile are achieved. The ceramic tile can be applied to municipal administration and garden decoration. The problem that a ceramic tile is single in function is effectively solved. The stability of the luminous ceramic tile in application is improved through the anti-skid groove formed in the bottom of the luminous ceramic tile.
