The invention aims to provide a macromolecular luminous brick which comprises a base layer, an adhesion layer and a luminous layer, the base layer of a brick body is macromolecular particles, the adhesion layer adopts resin adhesive, the resin adhesive adopts AB adhesive, the luminous layer is prepared from luminous powder, acrylic resin adhesive and auxiliaries, and the luminous layer is prepared from 20-50 parts of luminous powder, 35-65 parts of acrylic resin adhesive and 15-25 parts of auxiliaries. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a raw material of the light-emitting layer, adding the polymer particles and the fluorescent powder in a corresponding ratio into a stirring tank, and stirring for 50-70 minutes at the stirring rotating speed of not less than 600 rpm; S2, taking a mold, and sequentially placing the polymer particles, the resin adhesive and the luminous layer from bottom to top to obtain a semi-finished product; S3, in the brick body material, the polymer particles of the base layer are a coarse particle layer, and the light-emitting layer is a fine particle layer; S4, preheating in a sintering furnace to 200 DEG C; and S5, discharging, the light-emitting brick is effectively prevented from delaminating and cracking, the light-emitting layer is made of glass microcrystals and fluorescent powder, better light storage and light emitting can be achieved, and the light emitting effect is improved.
本发明目提供了一种高分子发光砖,包括基层、粘连层、发光层,砖本体的基层为高分子颗粒,粘连层采用树脂胶,树脂胶采用AB胶,发光层为发光粉、丙烯酸树脂胶和助剂制制成,发光层由20‑50份发光粉、35‑65份丙烯酸树脂胶、15‑25份助剂配制,其制备方法如下步骤:S1:制备发光层原材料,将相应配比的高分子颗粒和荧光粉加入搅拌罐,搅拌转速不低于600rpm,搅拌时间50‑70min;S2:取模具,由下至上依次放置高分子颗粒、树脂胶和发光层制得半成品;S3:砖本体材料中,基层的的高分子颗粒为粗颗粒层,发光层为细颗粒层;S4:烧结炉内预热至200℃;S5:出炉,有效防止所述发光砖脱层、开裂,发光层采用的是玻璃微晶和荧光粉,能够实现更好的蓄光和发光,提高发光的效果。
