Luminous Brick and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a phosphorescent broken brick and to a manufacturing method thereof. Regardless of day and night, the phosphorescent broken brick can be used for various purposes including not only an interior or exterior material but also an exit leading sign in the case of blackout, fire, etc., a road boundary sign, or a location sign. The manufacturing method for a phosphorescent broken brick comprises: a material mixing step of inputting cement, sand, and water to be evenly mixed, and then mixing a mineral pigment in a desired color; a mold preparing step of spraying and spreading the mineral pigment in the desired color onto the inner side of a mold; a material inputting step of inputting the mixed materials into the mold where the mineral pigment is spread; a half-finished product manufacturing step of putting the mold filled with inputted materials into a curing room for curing in order to manufacture a half-finished product; a phosphorescent coating step of taking out the half-finished product from the mold, and spraying and spreading a phosphorescent pigment mixed with a binder; and a drying step of allowing the half-finished product spread with the phosphorescent pigment to pass the inside of a dryer at high temperatures in order to dry the phosphorescent pigment. In addition, the phosphorescent broken brick comprises: a body unit; and a phosphorescent layer which is coated on the surface of a body unit in a single body.
본 발명은, 파벽돌을 주야에 관계없이 실내·외의 인테리어 자재로는 물론 정전이나 화재 등의 발생시 대피로의 유도표지나 도로경계표지 또는 위치표지 등의 다양한 용도로도 사용할 수 있게 하는 축광파벽돌 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 축광파벽돌 제조방법은 시멘트와 모래 및 물을 투입하여 골고루 배합한 다음 원하는 색상의 무기안료를 배합하는 재료혼합단계와 형틀의 내면에 원하는 색상의 무기안료를 분사시켜 도포하는 형틀준비단계와 상기 무기안료가 도포된 형틀에 혼합된 재료를 투입 채워지게 하는 재료투입단계와 상기 재료가 투입 채워진 형틀들을 양생실에 입고하고 양생하여 반제품을 제조하는 반제품제조단계와 상기 반제품에 형틀에서 꺼내 바인더와 혼합한 축광안료를 분사하여 도포시키는 축광코팅단계 및 상기 축광안료가 도포된 반제품을 고온의 건조기 내부를 통과하면서 축광안료가 건조되게 하는 건조단계를 포함하여 구성되며, 축광파벽돌은 몸체부와 상기 몸체부의 표면에 한 몸체로 되게 코팅되는 축광층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
