The invention discloses a pre-embedding construction method for an aluminum template structure pre-embedded sleeve. The pre-embedding construction method comprises the steps that the position of the pre-embedded sleeve is positioned on the inner side of an aluminum template; a first magnetic base is clamped in the embedded sleeve; a second magnetic base is arranged at the position, corresponding to the first magnetic base, of the outer side of the aluminum template, and the second magnetic base and the first magnetic base are attracted to each other; finished concrete is poured on the inner side of the aluminum template; the second magnetic base is dismounted; and the aluminum template and the first magnetic base are removed. According to the invention, the magnets which attract each other are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the aluminum template, and the embedded sleeve sleeves the magnet on the inner side, so that the embedded sleeve is limited, and the technical problem that the embedded sleeve is difficult to fix in the aluminum alloy template when the aluminum alloy template is used for concrete pouring in the prior art is solved.
