The invention discloses an initial rainwater pollution control system which is characterized in that a rainwater inspection well is communicated with a rainwater overflow control well through a rainwater overflow pipe and is communicated with a downstream rainwater inspection well through a downstream rainwater overflow pipe, and the rainwater overflow control well is communicated with a sewage inspection well through a sewage overflow pipe and is connected with the downstream rainwater inspection well through an overflow pipe; a floating ball valve is arranged on the rainwater overflow control well; a rainwater control valve, a downstream rainwater control valve and a sewage control valve are respectively arranged on the rainwater overflow pipe, the downstream rainwater overflow pipe and the sewage overflow pipe; the linkage control device obtains water level information through feedback data of the floating ball valve, judges and obtains state information of initial rainwater inflow and rainwater stopping according to the water level information, and controls all the valves to act according to the water level information and the state information to achieve independent collection and drainage of initial rainwater. The system is small in occupied area, can solve the pollution problem of initial rainwater, and can also avoid rainwater overflow caused by insufficient overflowing capacity of a downstream sewage pipeline.
