The invention discloses an aerogel felt exterior wall external thermal insulation system and a construction method and application thereof. The aerogel felt exterior wall external thermal insulation system sequentially comprises a base layer, a leveling layer, a bonding layer, a thermal insulation layer, a plastering layer and a facing layer. One face of the bonding layer is tightly attached to the leveling layer, the other face of the bonding layer is fixedly attached to the heat preservation layer, and then the heat preservation layer is tightly attached to the plastering layer with the layer thickness being 2-3 mm; the thermal insulation layer is formed by pasting an aerogel felt; and the bonding layer is an adhesive, the thickness of the bonding layer is 1-2mm, and the plastering layer is an outer surface treatment layer embedded with glass fiber mesh cloth. The aerogel heat preservation felt is used in an outer wall thin plastering system, the aerogel heat preservation felt can be better attached to the outer wall of a building, metal rivets are not needed in the whole construction process, the aerogel heat preservation felt can adapt to walls made of various materials, and the cold and hot bridge effect formed by the metal rivets is avoided.
本发明公开了一种气凝胶毡外墙外保温系统及其建造方法与应用,它依次包括基层、找平层、粘接层、保温层、抹面层、饰面层。其中粘接层一面与找平层紧密贴合,一面与保温层固定贴合,保温层再与层厚2‑3mm抹面层紧密贴合;所述的保温层指的是:气凝胶毡粘贴;所述的粘接层指的是胶粘剂,其厚度为1‑2mm,所述的抹面层指的是:内嵌玻璃纤维网布的外表面处理层。本发明使用气凝胶保温毡在外墙薄抹灰系统中,可更好的贴紧建筑外墙,而且在整个施工中不需要金属铆钉,可应对各种材质墙体,避免金属铆钉形成的冷热桥效应。
