According to the technical scheme, the preparation method of the non-toxic and environment-friendly LTCC green tape adopts a deionized water environment-friendly solvent as a tape casting slurry solvent to replace toxic solvents such as butanone, methylbenzene and the like; the binder is replaced by a more environment-friendly biopolymer citrus pectin; ammonium lignosulphonate extracted from pimaric acid is adopted as a dispersing agent, and from the aspect of life cycle analysis of organic matter additives, the additives have very small influence on the environment and are non-toxic and harmless, and meanwhile, the excellent strength and flexibility of the green ceramic tape after the drying stage are ensured.
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种无毒环保的LTCC生瓷带制备方法,采用去离子水环保型溶剂作为流延浆料溶剂替代丁酮、甲苯等有毒性溶剂;粘结剂采用更为环保的生物聚合物柑橘果胶替代;分散剂采用海松中提取的木质素磺酸铵,从有机物添加剂的生命周期分析来看,以上添加剂对环境影响非常小,无毒无害,同时确保了干燥阶段后生瓷带的优良的强度和柔韧性。
