Cast-in-place pile underwater concrete pouring elevation control instrument
The invention relates to a cast-in-place pile underwater concrete pouring elevation control instrument which is composed of a spring scale, a measuring hammer, a nylon measuring rope, an electric wire, a signal lamp, a whistling device and a power source, the spring scale is connected with the measuring hammer through the nylon measuring rope, and the signal lamp and the whistling device are connected in parallel, the spring scale is provided with a conductive pointer and a conductive blocking needle which are both connected with a non-conductive dial plate, the power source, the blocking needle, the pointer, the signal lamp and the whistling device are connected in series to form a closed circuit, and when the pointer of the spring scale collides with the blocking needle, the signal lamp can be triggered to flicker, and the whistling device can be triggered to whistling. By means of the characteristics of underwater concrete pouring, the measuring hammer bears jacking force of underwater concrete to enable the pointer of the spring balance to rotate, the signal lamp and the whistling equipment are triggered, and an operator can judge that the underwater concrete is poured to the elevation position of the pile top. The equipment is low in cost, easy to operate, convenient to implement on a construction site, deeper in measurement depth and wider in application range.
本发明涉及一种灌注桩水下砼灌注标高控制仪,由弹簧秤、测锤、尼龙测量绳、电线、信号灯、鸣笛设备及电源构成,所述弹簧秤通过尼龙测量绳与测锤连接,所述的信号灯及鸣笛设备并联连接,所述的弹簧秤具有导电性的指针及挡针均和不导电性的表盘,所述电源、挡针、指针、信号灯及鸣笛设备串联连接,形成一个闭合线路,当弹簧秤的指针及挡针相碰,能触发信号灯闪烁及鸣笛设备鸣叫。本发明通过利用水下砼浇筑的特性,测锤将受到水下砼的顶托力使弹簧秤指针转动,触发信号灯及鸣笛设备,可使操作工人判断水下砼已浇筑至桩顶标高位置。该设备的成本较低,且易于操作,便于施工现场的实施,其测量深度更深,适用范围更广。
