The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pouring, and discloses a cast-in-place pile underwater pouring height control device which comprises a cleaning assembly, an electric control assembly, a height control assembly, a supporting assembly and a moving assembly, and the cleaning assembly, the electric control assembly and the height control assembly are all placed at the top of the moving assembly; the supporting assembly is placed on the left side of the moving assembly, a hammer lead is sent down to a calibrated position, when concrete is not poured to the calibrated position yet, due to the gravity effect of the hammer lead, when a scale cable abuts against the upper surface of a second guide wheel, certain acting force is applied to a second supporting sleeve frame, the acting force is reflected through the numerical value on a pressure sensor, and then the concrete is poured into the calibrated position. When concrete is poured to a calibration position, upward supporting force is provided for the hammer lead, so that the scale cable becomes loose, the pressure applied to the second guide wheel by the scale cable is reduced, the numerical value on the pressure sensor suddenly changes, and a signal is transmitted to the alarm to enable the alarm to give an alarm.
