The cleaning system comprises a cleaning assembly used for performing cleaning on the track; a mounting assembly, the upper end of the mounting assembly is used for being fixed to the track cleaning vehicle, the lower end of the mounting assembly is fixed to the cleaning assembly, and the mounting assembly is used for stretching out and drawing back in the transverse direction to drive the cleaning assembly to stretch out and draw back in the transverse direction; wherein when the mounting assembly extends to a preset in-place extending position in the transverse direction, at least part of the cleaning assembly exceeds the limit of the track cleaning vehicle to clean the track, and when the mounting assembly retracts to a preset in-place retracting position in the transverse direction, the cleaning system meets the limit requirement of the track cleaning vehicle. According to the system of the invention, the technical problem that a traditional railway ballast bed sewage suction truck can only clean sewage within the sleeper range of a track is solved.
