    The invention relates to a dispersing agent for oil well cement and application thereof. The dispersing agent for oil well cement includes a polymer having a structural unit A, wherein the structural unit A is derived from an aryl sulfonic acid monomer. According to the invention, the cross-linking phenomenon when a conventional polycarboxylic acid dispersing agent is compounded with a fluid loss agent and a retarder is well solved, and the dispersing agent has a good dispersing effect on oil well cement.
