The invention discloses an underwater desilting solid-liquid separation device. The device comprises a front swing frame 1, wherein the front swing frame 1 is sequentially connected with a sludge collecting scraper 2, a crawler chassis 3, a power box body 4, a front swing frame oil cylinder 5 and a garbage storage frame 8, and the crawler chassis 3 is connected with a slurry pump 6, a hydraulic oil tank 7, a hydraulic system control box 9 and an outer cover 10. The device is advantaged in that sludge and solid waste in a sewer can be separated, the cleaning work of the sewer waste is met, cleaning labor intensity of workers is relieved, and meanwhile the device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and low in use cost.
