The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a porcelain tile with full-body stone textures. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: A, preparing a green body powder group for the porcelain tile with the full-body stone textures according to a conventional method; b, a digital whole-body material distribution system is adopted for material distribution; c, compression molding; D, green body drying; e, texture recognition; f, applying porcelain flour paste; g, drying for the second time; h, inkjet decoration; i, firing; and J, edging and polishing are conducted, and the porcelain tile with the whole-body stone texture is obtained. Stone textures which are rich in color and flexible and changeable are formed on the surface of the green body, and meanwhile the problems that due to later deep processing such as edging, slotting and chamfering of the ceramic tile, the textures, the texture, the color and the surface are large in contrast, the decoration effect is not coordinated, and the exposed base is not attractive are solved.
本发明公开了一种具有通体石材纹理瓷质砖的制造方法，包括如下步骤：A、按常规方法制备具有通体石材纹理瓷质砖用坯体粉料组；B、采用数字化通体布料系统进行布料；C、压制成型、D、坯体干燥；E、纹理识别；F、施布瓷质面浆；G、第二次干燥；H、喷墨装饰；I、烧成；J、磨边和抛光，制得具有通体石材纹理瓷质砖。本发明在坯体表面形成色彩丰富而灵活多变的石材纹理，同时，解决了陶瓷砖后期深加工如磨边、开槽、倒角等会有显露的底坯纹理、质地及色泽与表面反差较大，装饰效果不协调，露底不美观的问题。
