The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-performance ceramic corundum abrasive, and relates to the technical field of ceramic corundum abrasive preparation. Comprising the following preparation steps: step 1, cleaning raw materials to obtain a material A; 2, the material A is dried, and a material B is obtained after drying; 3, performing surface modification on the material B by adopting a nitrogen ion and metal particle continuous overlapping injection process to obtain a material C; and 4, repeating the step 3 for multiple times to obtain the modified abrasive material. Through a surface modification method, metal ions and nitrogen ions are injected into the surface of the abrasive material, and synergistic improvement of hardening, strengthening and toughening of the surface of the abrasive material is achieved. On the basis that only one surface modification procedure is added, the surface performance of the grinding material is greatly improved, and therefore the using performance of the whole grinding tool is improved.
本发明公开了一种高性能陶瓷刚玉磨料的制备方法,涉及陶瓷刚玉磨料制备技术领域。包括其制备步骤如下:步骤一:对原料进行清洗得到物料A;步骤二:对物料A进行烘干,烘干后得到物料B;步骤三:采用氮离子和金属粒子连续重叠注入工艺对物料B进行表面改性的到物料C;步骤四:重复步骤三多次后得到改性磨料。本发明通过表面改性的方法,将金属离子与氮离子注入到磨料表面,实现磨料表面硬化、强化与增韧协同化提升。可在只增加一道表面改性工序基础上,大幅度提高磨料表面性能,从而增加整体磨具的使用性能。
