Ceramic corundum abrasive and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic corundum abrasive and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) weighing materials, (b) mixing and uniformly stirring titanium-containing bauxite ore, nanoscale alumina powder, industrial alumina powder and a rare earth modifier to obtain a mixed material, (c) preparing a PVA aqueous solution, (d1) carrying out primarygrinding, (d2) carrying out fine grinding, (d3) adding a PVA aqueous solution into the slurry obtained by fine grinding, carrying out mixed grinding, and removing iron, (e) aging the slurry obtainedafter iron removal, (f) adding a PVA aqueous solution into the aged slurry, and carrying out spray granulation to obtain granulated powder, (g) carrying out spinning high-pressure forming on the granulated powder to obtain a green body, (h) putting the green body into a high-temperature sagger, scattering isolation sand, feeding the green body into a high-temperature tunnel kiln and carrying out high-temperature sintering, (i) removing the isolation sand adhered to the product after high-temperature sintering, and (j) crushing and screening the powder-cleaned product to obtain the ceramic corundum abrasive materials with different particle sizes. The ceramic corundum abrasive is good in ball-milling toughness and hydrophilicity, high in sharpness, high in self-sharpening and low in grinding heat.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷刚玉磨料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(a)称料;(b)将含钛铝矾土矿、纳米级氧化铝粉、工业氧化铝粉、稀土改性剂混合并搅拌均匀得到混合物料;(c)配制PVA水溶液;(d1)初磨;(d2)细磨;(d3)向细磨得到的浆料中加入PVA水溶液进行混磨,并进行除铁;(e)将除铁后得到的浆料进行陈腐;(f)向陈腐后的浆料中加入PVA水溶液,进行喷雾造粒,得造粒粉;(g)将造粒粉通过旋压高压成形得到生坯;(h)将生坯放入高温匣钵,撒上隔离砂,送入高温隧道窑内进行高温烧结;(i)将高温烧结后产品上粘附的隔离砂清除;(j)将清粉后的产品经破碎后筛分,得到不同粒度的陶瓷刚玉磨料。本发明陶瓷刚玉磨料球磨韧性和亲水性好,具有高锋利性、高自锐性、低磨削热。
