Vacuum drainage grouting method
The vacuum drainage grouting method comprises the following steps that a site is prepared, a tamping mechanism is arranged to tamp the earth surface, a sealing layer is formed on the surface of a soil body, a through pipe and a pressure pipe are tightly arranged in a first deep hole and a second deep hole respectively, and the through pipe is provided with a preset water level; pressurizing and draining, continuously pressurizing the environment in the soil body by the pressurizing mechanism through the pressure pipe, continuously pumping water or vacuumizing from the through pipe by the suction mechanism, and waiting for the water level in the through pipe to be lower than a preset water level; drainage grouting is conducted, specifically, the drainage pipe communicates with a grouting mechanism, the grouting mechanism injects reinforcing grout into the through pipe, and under the effect of the vacuum negative pressure environment in the through pipe, the reinforcing grout is guided to flow into the soil body to be solidified; on the basis of an original drainage consolidation construction process, concrete grout can be quickly and uniformly injected into the through pipe in a vacuum negative pressure environment, and meanwhile, reinforcement grout in the through pipe is drained into a soil body to be consolidated in tiny gaps formed by discharging pore water.
本发明提出了一种真空引流的注浆方法,包括以下步骤,场地准备,设置夯击机构夯实地表并在土体表面形成一层封闭层,在第一深孔与第二深孔内分别紧密设置通管与压力管,通管设置有预设水位;加压排水,加压机构通过压力管向土体内环境进行持续加压,抽吸机构从通管内持续抽水或抽真空,等待通管中的水位低于预设水位;引流注浆,将引流管连通至注浆机构,注浆机构向通管内注入加固浆液,在通管内的真空负压环境作用下,引导加固浆液流动至土体内固结;本发明在原本排水固结的施工工艺的基础上,使混凝土浆在真空负压环境下不仅能够迅速均匀的注入通管内,同时将通管内的加固浆液引流至土体中因为排出孔隙水而形成的微小空隙内固结。
