The invention discloses a three-dimensional drainage grouting plate which comprises a central pipe and a plurality of layers of drainage grouting systems arranged in the vertical direction of the central pipe, each layer of drainage grouting system is composed of a plurality of drainage grouting pipes, and the drainage grouting pipes in each layer of drainage grouting system are evenly distributed around the peripheral wall of the central pipe. The drainage grouting pipes in every two adjacent layers of drainage grouting systems are arranged in an up-and-down corresponding mode, and a drainage plate is arranged between every two drainage grouting pipes which are arranged in an up-and-down corresponding mode.
