A strip-shaped groove connected with the U-shaped elbow is formed in the connecting groove, the connecting groove is filled with concrete, the longitudinal rib is connected with the connecting groove of the bearing platform through the U-shaped elbow, the U-shaped elbow can improve the anchoring capacity with the concrete, meanwhile, the shear resistance and the shock resistance of the prefabricated pier are improved, and the stress performance equal to that of a cast-in-place structure is met. The supporting columns and the bearing platform can be constructed separately, and the construction and installation progress is accelerated.
