The invention discloses a composite waterproof roll as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite waterproof coiled material comprises an upper surface layer, a middle layer and a lower surface layer, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are one or more of PE, POE or EVA; the middle layer is silane-photosensitive co-crosslinking polyolefin resin, and the silane-photosensitive co-crosslinking polyolefin resin is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of silane grafted polyolefin resin, 0.05 to 0.2 part of a silane crosslinking catalyst and 0.1 to 0.2 part of a photosensitizer. According to the developed composite waterproof roll with the three-layer structure, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of polyolefin resin, so that the welding performance is good; the middle layer is made of a cross-linked polyolefin material, and silane chemical cross-linking is combined with an ultraviolet cross-linking system, so that the mechanical property of the composite waterproof coiled material at high temperature is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种复合防水卷材及其制备方法和应用。本发明所述复合防水卷材，包括上表层、中间层和下表层，所述上表层和下表层均为PE、POE或EVA中的一种或几种；所述中间层为硅烷‑光敏共交联聚烯烃树脂，所述硅烷‑光敏共交联聚烯烃树脂包括如下重量份的组分：硅烷接枝聚烯烃树脂100份，硅烷交联催化剂0.05～0.2份，光敏剂0.1～0.2份。本发明所开发的三层结构的复合防水卷材，上表层和下表层为聚烯烃树脂，焊接性能好；中间层为交联的聚烯烃材料，且采用硅烷化学交联结合紫外光交联体系，有效提高了复合防水卷材的高温下力学性能。
