The invention provides a prefabricated polyurethane composite TPO waterproof roll. The prefabricated polyurethane composite TPO waterproof roll comprises a black PE isolating membrane, a polyurethane waterproof coating film and a TPO waterproof sheet which are sequentially stacked, if the thickness of the TPO waterproof sheet is larger than or equal to 1.0 mm, a glass fiber reinforced material matrix is additionally arranged in the TPO waterproof sheet to form the composite sheet. The invention also provides a preparation method and a construction process of the prefabricated polyurethane composite TPO waterproof coiled material. The problems that a traditional polyurethane waterproof coating is long in construction period, high in cost, difficult to control in film forming quality, only capable of being used in a single layer, poor in compatibility, high in packaging requirement and large in environmental pollution can be solved, a protective layer does not need to be constructed, and the manufacturing cost and energy consumption can be reduced.
本发明提供一种预制聚氨酯复合TPO防水卷材，包括依次层叠的：黑色PE隔离膜，聚氨酯防水涂膜，TPO防水片材；若TPO防水片材厚度≥1.0mm，则在TPO防水片材中增设玻纤增强材料胎体形成复合片材。本发明还提供上述预制聚氨酯复合TPO防水卷材的制备方法和施工工艺。本发明能解决传统聚氨酯防水涂料施工工期长、费用高、成膜质量难控制、只能单层使用、相容性差、包装要求高、环境污染大的问题，且本发明无需施做保护层，能降低造价和能耗。
