The polyurethane waterproof coiled material comprises a first polyurethane waterproof coating film, alkali-resistant polyester fiber gridding cloth, a second polyurethane waterproof coating film and a surface layer which are sequentially stacked, and the surface layer is a weather-proof coating or a fine sand layer. The invention also provides a preparation method and a construction process of the polyurethane waterproof coiled material. The problems that an existing polyurethane waterproof coating is long in construction period and high in cost, the quality of the existing polyurethane waterproof coating is difficult to control, the strength of the existing polyurethane waterproof coating is low, and the lap joint portion of a traditional waterproof roll is weak are solved; the problems of follow-up construction and finished product protection are solved, and the problems that an existing polyurethane waterproof coating is high in packaging requirement and large in environmental pollution are solved.
