During fullness detection, nondestructive detection or local damage drilling detection is performed on the inner cavity of the grout storage and discharge device, and the fullness of the grouting material in the inner cavity of the grout storage and discharge device is checked; and the plumpness information of the grouting material in the grouting sleeve is obtained by checking whether the grouting material remains in the inner cavity of the grout storage and discharge device or not.
本发明提供一种竖向钢筋套筒灌浆连接结构及其饱满度检测方法,是在灌浆套筒的出浆端连接一贮浆出浆器,所述贮浆出浆器连接在竖向布置的灌浆套筒的上方,所述灌浆套筒的下端为注浆端以供下部钢筋插入,上端为出浆端以供上部钢筋插入,出浆端的侧壁全封闭,所述贮浆出浆器由非金属材质制成,其顶部具有钢筋插入孔,可供该上部钢筋密封通过,所述贮浆出浆器的底部具有套筒连接端,可供与所述灌浆套筒的出浆端的上端密封连接,所述贮浆出浆器的上部具有出浆嘴。饱满度检测时,对贮浆出浆器内腔进行无损检测或局部破损钻孔检测,查看贮浆出浆器内腔的灌浆料饱满度;通过查看贮浆出浆器内腔有无存留灌浆料,获得灌浆套筒内灌浆料的饱满度信息。
