The invention provides a middle-sized vertical reinforcement sleeve grouting connection structure and a plumpness detection method thereof.The grout outlet end of a grouting sleeve is connected with a grout storing and discharging device, the grout storing and discharging device is connected to the upper portion of the vertically-arranged grouting sleeve, the lower end of the grouting sleeve is a grouting end, and a lower reinforcement can be inserted into the grouting end; the upper end of the grout storage and discharge device is a grout discharge end for insertion of an upper reinforcing steel bar, the top of the grout storage and discharge device is provided with a reinforcing steel bar insertion hole through which the upper reinforcing steel bar can pass in a sealed mode, the bottom of the grout storage and discharge device is provided with a sleeve connecting end which can be connected with the upper end of the grout discharge end of the grouting sleeve in a sealed mode, and the upper portion of the grout storage and discharge device is provided with a grout discharge nozzle. A reinforcing steel bar centering frame is arranged at the grout outlet end of the grouting sleeve or in the grout outlet device of the grout storage device, and the upper reinforcing steel bar penetrates through a center hole of the reinforcing steel bar centering frame and is limited in the radial direction. According to the invention, the fullness of the grouting material in the inner cavity of the grout storing and discharging device can be conveniently checked, and the fullness information of the grouting material in the grouting sleeve can be obtained.
本发明提供一种居中型竖向钢筋套筒灌浆连接结构及其饱满度检测方法,是在灌浆套筒的出浆端连接一贮浆出浆器,所述贮浆出浆器连接在竖向布置的灌浆套筒的上方,所述灌浆套筒的下端为注浆端以供下部钢筋插入,上端为出浆端以供上部钢筋插入,所述贮浆出浆器的顶部具有钢筋插入孔,可供该上部钢筋密封通过,所述贮浆出浆器的底部具有套筒连接端,可供与所述灌浆套筒的出浆端的上端密封连接,所述贮浆出浆器的上部具有出浆嘴,所述灌浆套筒出浆端或贮浆器出浆器内设有钢筋居中架,所述上部钢筋由所述钢筋居中架的中心孔穿过并被径向限位。本发明可方便查看贮浆出浆器内腔的灌浆料饱满度,并获得灌浆套筒内灌浆料的饱满度信息。
