The invention discloses a high-safety anti-collision handrail installation structure which comprises a handrail, a base, a wallboard, a supporting seat and a wall surface, the base is installed on the front face of the wallboard, the handrail is installed on the base so as to be installed on the wallboard through the base, the supporting seat is installed on the back face of the wallboard, and the wallboard is installed on the wall surface through the supporting seat. The base and the supporting seat are opposite in the direction perpendicular to the wall plate. When the handrail is pressed, pressure is conducted to the wall plate through the base, and the wall plate conducts the pressure to the wall surface through the supporting base.
