The invention discloses environment-friendly high-performance premixed concrete and a preparation method thereof, relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, and aims to solve the problems that only cement, water, yellow sand, stones and an additive are used as raw materials during preparation of existing premixed concrete, so that the cost performance and the environmental protection property of the concrete are relatively low; meanwhile, the problem that the performance of the concrete is insufficient in the using process is solved. The environment-friendly premixed concrete is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 7% of cement, 30% of yellow sand, 45% of stone, 10% of water, 9% of fly ash, 5% of ground slag, 4% of zeolite powder, 3% of silicon powder and 0.5% of a retarder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, firstly, purchasing the cement, the water, the yellow sand, the stone, an additive and a mineral admixture as raw materials according to requirements, and matching according to a proper proportion; a project which is about one square meter in size and 10 centimeters in thickness needs about 23 kilograms of concrete mixture; and 2, adding the cement and the yellow sand into stirring equipment, uniformly stirring, then adding a proper amount of water, shoveling the pebbles into the water, and uniformly stirring.
