Environment-friendly high-performance premixed concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses environment-friendly high-performance premixed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly high-performance premixed concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 220-440 parts of cement; 120 to 200 parts of water; 80 to 120 parts of an active mineral admixture; 40-60 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 600 to 800 parts of fine aggregate; 800 to 1200 parts of coarse aggregate; 3-15 parts of a modifier; the modifying agent at least comprises sodium pyrophosphate, sodium abietate and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the modifier and water, and stirring at 85-105 DEG C to obtain a modified solution; 2) uniformly mixing the cement, the active mineral admixture and the fine aggregate, and stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed slurry; and (3) adding coarse aggregate into the mixed slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain the environment-friendly high-performance premixed concrete. The environment-friendly high-performance premixed concrete provided by the invention has good mechanical properties, is not easy to self-shrink, reduces the use amount of cement according to the formula, and has environmental protection significance.
