According to the method, turning materials and leftover materials generated in the workpiece turning process serve as main raw materials, the raw materials are subjected to pretreatment modification, wet mixing, drying, cold press forming, heat treatment and the like, the carbon/carbon composite material with high mechanical performance is prepared, and the material has wide application in the photovoltaic field, the heat treatment field, the friction field and the like. According to the invention, the effective utilization of resources is realized, the production cost is reduced, the solid wastes generated in the production process are effectively reduced, and the problem of environmental pollution is also well improved.
本发明主要针对碳/碳复合材料在生产过程中资源的回收与再利用问题，主要涉及了一种以碳/碳复合材料的车削料为主要原料，商用短切碳纤维为增强相制备碳纤维复合材料的方法。该方法以工件车削过程中产生的车削料及边角料为主要原料，原料经过前处理改性、湿法混合、烘干、冷压成型及热处理等步骤，制备了一种具有高机械性能的碳/碳复合材料，该材料在光伏领域、热处理领域、摩擦领域等有着广泛的应用。本发明不仅实现了资源的有效利用，降低了生产成本，而且有效的减少了生产过程中产生的固体废弃物，环境污染问题也得到了很好的改善。
