The invention provides a chopped carbon fiber composite material barrel material forming method which comprises the following steps: cutting carbon fibers or graphite fibers into chopped fibers, then putting resin powder and the chopped fibers into a stirrer, adding a solvent and a suspending agent, stirring into uniform suspension slurry, conveying the suspension slurry to a conveyor belt by using a pump, and carrying out vacuum decompression dehydration to obtain the chopped carbon fiber composite material barrel material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a wet felt, uniformly spraying a binder on the wet felt, drying to gelatinize a resin glue solution, winding the gelatinized wet felt on a cylindrical mold, controlling the tension of the cylindrical mold to be within a certain range, and pressing the cylindrical mold in an outer mold; and then putting into a drying oven for curing, and then carbonizing and graphitizing to form the barrel material. The fiber and the resin are uniformly distributed, the interlayer combination is tight, the fiber length is adjustable, the size of a formed body can be accurately controlled, the machining operation is simple, and the method is suitable for preparing barrel materials with different sizes.
本发明提供了一种短切碳纤维复合材料桶材成型方法，包括以下步骤：将碳纤维或石墨纤维切割成短切纤维，然后将树脂粉末、短切纤维放到搅拌器内，加入溶剂及悬浮剂，搅拌成均匀的悬浮料浆，用泵输送到传送带上，经过真空减压脱水，形成湿毡，在上面均匀喷洒粘结剂，经过干燥，使树脂胶液凝胶化，将上述凝胶化的湿毡缠绕在筒状模具上，控制其在一定的张力内，然后放置外模具压制；再放入烘箱固化，然后碳化，石墨化，形成桶材。本发明纤维和树脂分布均匀，层间结合紧密，纤维长度可调，可以精准控制成型体的尺寸，机加工操作简单，适用于制备不同尺寸的桶材。
