The invention provides a preparation method of porous alumina ceramic and a preparation method of a lithium ion battery diaphragm. The preparation method of the porous alumina ceramic comprises the following steps: heating aluminum hydroxide fine powder to 240-360 DEG C at a heating rate of 1.5-2.5 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 1-2 hours, heating to 850-1050 DEG C at a heating rate of 2.8-4 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 2-4 hours, and cooling to obtain porous alumina aggregate powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring porous alumina aggregate ceramic powder and water according to a mass ratio of 100: (2-6) for 10-30 min, aging for 18-24 h, carrying out extrusion molding under 100-180 MPa, drying the molded green body at 110-130 DEG C for 16-20 h, heating to 1600-1700 DEG C at a heating rate of 3-5 DEG C/min, and cooling to obtain the porous alumina ceramic with the nano aperture. The nano-aperture porous alumina ceramic prepared by the method has the characteristics of good mechanical property, heat resistance, low density and high specific surface area.
本发明提供了一种多孔氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法与锂离子电池隔膜的制备方法。该多孔氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法包括如下步骤:将氢氧化铝细粉以升温速率1.5~2.5℃/min升温至240~360℃,保温1~2h,再以2.8~4℃/min升温至850~1050℃,保温2~4h,冷却得到多孔氧化铝团聚体粉体;将质量比为100:(2~6)的多孔氧化铝团聚体陶瓷粉体与水搅拌10~30min,困料18~24h后,在100~180MPa下挤压成型,成型后的坯体于110~130℃条件下干燥16~20h,然后以升温速率3~5℃/min升温至1600~1700℃,冷却,得到纳米孔径的多孔氧化铝陶瓷。上述方法所制备的纳米孔径的多孔氧化铝陶瓷具有良好的力学性能、耐热性能、低密度、高比表面积的特点。
