Polyurethane and vacuum insulated panel composite board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of low-energy-consumption buildings, in particular to a polyurethane and vacuum insulated panel composite board and a preparation method thereof.The composite board comprises a polyurethane layer, vacuum insulated panels and positioning pipes, and the multiple vacuum insulated panels are bonded in the polyurethane layer in rows and columns; a gap is formed between every two adjacent vacuum heat insulation plates. The positioning pipe is arranged in the gap; the positioning pipe penetrates through the polyurethane layer in the thickness direction of the composite board. The polyurethane vacuum insulated panel composite board is jointly poured and formed on a polyurethane production line, so that efficient heat preservation can be achieved, and the vacuum insulated panel can be physically protected; the preparation method of the whole composite board is simple, the construction efficiency is high, the construction cost is low, the obtained composite board is low in heat conductivity coefficient, and the reserved positioning pipe not only serves as a positioning and limiting device in the production process, but also can serve as a later-stage board cutting positioning device.
本发明涉及低能耗建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚氨酯与真空绝热板复合板材及制备方法,复合板材包括聚氨酯层、真空绝热板和定位管,多块真空绝热板呈排呈列地粘接于聚氨酯层内;相邻真空绝热板之间形成有间隙;定位管设置于间隙内;定位管沿着复合板材的厚度方向贯穿聚氨酯层。聚氨酯真空绝热板复合板材在聚氨酯生产线上共同浇筑成型,既有利于实现高效保温,又可起到对真空绝热板的物理保护;整个复合板材的制备方法简单、施工效率高、施工成本低,得到的复合板材导热系数低,且预留定位管不仅作为生产过程中定位、限位装置,又可作为后期板材切割定位装置。
