一种氧化钙/氧化铝基焊料连接碳化硅陶瓷的方法,涉及一种连接碳化硅陶瓷的方法。本发明是要解决目前核反应堆中燃料包壳材料SiC陶瓷连接技术接头组织和性能稳定性差的技术问题。本发明设计了CaO/Al2O3(CA)基微晶玻璃焊料,在应用于核辐照环境下SiC连接技术中,成分简单,性能稳定的CaO/Al2O3基玻璃焊料具有应用前景。在CaO/Al2O3玻璃焊料的基础上加入适当的耐辐照性能优越的SiC粉末,以降低该焊料的热膨胀系数,使之与SiC陶瓷的热膨胀系数相匹配,可以形成更为优秀的耐辐照接头。
