Automatic cooling system and cooling method for pile foundation in frozen soil area
The invention discloses an automatic cooling system and method for a pile foundation in a frozen soil region. The system comprises a cooling aluminum pipe wound on a reinforcement cage, a soil sample resistivity detection device arranged beside the pile foundation, a low-temperature circulating refrigeration unit and a power supply unit. A porous ceramic patch is arranged on the surface of the cooling aluminum pipe, the low-temperature circulation refrigeration unit comprises a controller and a refrigerator, a liquid supply pipe is connected between the refrigerator and an inlet of the cooling aluminum pipe, a flow control valve and a first thermometer are arranged on the liquid supply pipe, and a liquid return pipe is connected between the refrigerator and an outlet of the cooling aluminum pipe. A circulating water pump and a second thermometer are arranged on the liquid return pipe. The system is simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient to implement, high in automation degree and cooling efficiency, remarkable in effect and convenient to popularize, and can be effectively applied to cooling of the pile foundation in the frozen soil area in combination with a cooling method.
