The invention discloses an overhead structure wind direction tracking ventilation cooling system for cooling a frozen soil foundation. The system comprises an overhead structure and a ventilation cooling system body. The overhead structure comprises an upper-layer structure and a plurality of pile foundations for supporting the upper-layer structure; the ventilation cooling system comprises a plurality of rotary ventilation doors, an induction unit and a control unit; the control unit comprises a temperature controller and an air controller which are connected in series; an air temperature double-control rotating shaft is installed in the center of the interior of the rotary ventilation door and electrically connected with the temperature controller and the air controller. The sensing unit comprises a first temperature probe, a second temperature probe and an anemoscope; the first temperature probe and the second temperature probe are electrically connected with the temperature controller, and the anemoscope is electrically connected with the wind controller. By means of wind direction tracking and selective ventilation characteristics, external variable-direction cold air and internal hot air of the overhead structure can be forced to conduct one-way convection heat exchange, and cold energy of a foundation below an engineering structure can be continuously accumulated to the maximum extent in combination with the sunshade effect of the structure.
