The invention discloses a construction method of a clean workshop steel reinforced concrete composite structure, and relates to the technical field of engineering. The method comprises the following steps: a, positioning according to a drawing, constructing a first section of steel column after binding a raft bottom bar, binding a surface bar after the construction of the first section of steel column, and pouring concrete, so as to complete a steel reinforced concrete composite structure foundation; b, according to the position of the first section of steel column, construction of second and third sections of steel columns is conducted, the second and third sections of steel columns are spliced into a whole on the ground for hoisting construction, and the steel columns are installed at the position 1.2 m above the raft foundation in a butt joint mode; and c, after the steel columns are completed, the steel trusses are hoisted, and all the steel trusses need to be transported to the site in a scattered mode. The concrete structure is constructed after the steel structure is constructed to form the whole stressed body, namely, the steel structure is constructed to the top layer firstly, and then lower civil construction is performed alternately, so that site construction organization is facilitated, the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the cost is saved.
