本发明公开了一种用于IGBT封装的陶瓷覆铝板及其制备方法,涉及陶瓷金属化技术领域,包括陶瓷底板、活性金属液膜和复合铝板,所述陶瓷底板的外表面上均匀覆盖有活性金属液膜,所述陶瓷底板与复合铝板通过活性金属液膜连接。本发明通过在陶瓷底板生产原料黏土、石英以及长石中再添加一定比例的碳化硅,使得含有碳化硅的复合陶瓷的密度、抗压强度、热导率等性能都有较明显提升,避免通过单一陶瓷底板成分单一,导致工件的导热性能以及抗压强度弱易被损坏的问题,在陶瓷底板外侧覆盖铝板时,采用铝-镁合金、工业纯铝、铝-铜合金组成的复合铝板,既增强了工件的耐腐蚀性和抗压性,同时也增强了工件的导热性能。
