A comprehensive recycling method for aluminum ash relates to the technical field of resource recycling, and comprises the following steps: mixing aluminum ash slurry with carbide slag to obtain mixed slurry; carrying out solid-liquid separation on the mixed slurry to obtain filter residues; and finally, carrying out high-temperature sintering on the filter residues, or mixing the filter residues with evaporation mother liquor and evaporation discharged salt in the process of preparing aluminum oxide by a Bayer method, and then carrying out high-temperature sintering. The preparation method is combined with a Bayer process aluminum oxide production process, the operation is simple, various industrial wastes or intermediate products such as aluminum ash, carbide slag, evaporation salt elimination and the like can be comprehensively recycled at the same time, the recycled products can be directly used for production of polyaluminum chloride, and the practical value is better.
一种铝灰综合回收利用的方法,涉及资源回收利用技术领域,其将铝灰料浆与电石渣混合后得到混合浆料;再对混合浆料进行固液分离,得到滤渣;最后对滤渣进行高温烧结,或将滤渣与拜耳法制氧化铝工艺中的蒸发母液、蒸发排盐混合后再进行高温烧结。该制备方法结合拜耳法氧化铝生产工艺,不仅操作简单,而且可以同时对铝灰、电石渣、蒸发排盐等多种工业废料或中间产品进行综合回收利用,回收的产品可直接用于聚合氯化铝的生产,具有较佳的实用价值。
