Method for making bricks by comprehensively recycling shield slurry
The invention provides a shield mud comprehensive recovery brick making method which comprises the following steps: screening waste mud generated by a shield to obtain tailings and mud; the mud is used for conducting sand washing treatment on the tailings, and underflow converges into the mud; and carrying out filter pressing on the slurry to obtain mud blocks, mixing a curing agent with the mud blocks and tailings, and pressing to obtain the sintering-free bricks. According to the method, the part of sand with relatively high value in the waste slurry is fully recycled and used as the aggregate to prepare the sintering-free brick, the carbon emission is low, and the energy consumption is low; the pressing method is easy to operate, and existing equipment can be used for production.
本发明提供一种盾构泥浆综合回收制砖方法，所述方法包括：对盾构产生的废弃泥浆进行筛分，得到尾砂和泥浆；使用所述泥浆对所述尾砂进行洗砂处理，底流汇入所述泥浆；将所述泥浆进行压滤得到泥块，固化剂与所述泥块和尾砂拌和后进行压制，得到免烧结砖。所述方法充分回收利用了废弃泥浆中价值相对高的砂的部分，用其充当骨料，制得免烧结砖，碳排放低，能耗低；压制方法操作简单，可以使用现有设备进行生产。
