Method for comprehensively recycling aluminum ash
The invention discloses a method for comprehensively recycling aluminum ash, which comprises the following steps: washing aluminum ash with water and desalting to obtain washed aluminum ash and washing liquid; drying the washed aluminum ash, and carrying out elemental analysis; according to the content of aluminum and fluorine, thermodynamic calculation of calcification alkali fusion is carried out, an alkali flux and a calcification agent are added into the aluminum ash according to the thermodynamic calculation result, and after uniform mixing, a roasting raw material is obtained; roasting the roasting raw material to obtain a roasted material; the roasted material is subjected to water leaching, then solid-liquid separation is conducted, and water leaching liquid and water leaching residues are obtained; concentrating and crystallizing the water extract to obtain sodium metaaluminate; and after being dried, the water leaching residues are used in the cement industry. According to the method disclosed by the invention, valuable elements in the aluminum ash are recycled while harmful substances in the aluminum ash are treated, valuable metal resources in the aluminum ash are utilized to the greatest extent while no pollutants are discharged, and recycling of the aluminum metal resources and harmless treatment of hazardous wastes are realized.
